Ministry of Transportation and Highways, Province of British Columbia, Canada: "I would like to thank you for recommending the new 36" Flexi-Guide hazard markers. Since I installed them May 9, there has not been any permanently bent over, knocked over, or destroyed. The job site is on the Trans Canada [highway] and the markers are used to channel traffic to a signal light 24 hours a day. Before using the new hazard markers I had spiked cones to the asphalt to mark the lane. The next morning more than half the cones were gone!
The savings in maintenance labor costs and replacement costs have been considerable over the five week project. I will be recommending using the Flexi-Guide posts on all our job sites requiring overnight delineation."

Minnesota DOT: "An ongoing comparative study of the regular Safe-Hits and the new Davidson Tube Delineators continues on I-94. Approximately 8 miles of Safe-Hit Delineators are installed on I-94 near Alexandria, MN, and approximately 8 miles of the new Davidson Delineators are installed on I-94 north of Fergus Falls. This should be a great comparative study since approximately the same number of delineators will be evaluated, same surface conditions and the same traffic volumes will be encountered... I recently talked to the field inspector of the new Davidson Delineators and he had nothing but good things to say about them. The main advantage of the Davidson Delineators is that they can take more hits. When they take more hits we are replacing fewer of the delineators which automatically provides for a safer work zone."
